The project aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations in the Southern Mediterranean by improving employability services, adopting sustainable governance and financial models, and integrating innovative digital tools for training and youth support, while creating new opportunities for NEETs, women, and vulnerable youth to access the labour market; it does so by providing governance strategies, financial sustainability tools, European good practices, and tailored training for youth workers in career coaching, digital job readiness, and mentorship.
