Oumayma is a Tunisian researcher, associative activist and project coordinator working internationally and nationally to promote the importance of global cooperation for sustainable development. I have a master’s degree in geology applied to the Environnement and now I’m a project coordinator at Nomad08 – the Tunisian observatory of water, which is an organization working to contribute to the influence of policies and practices, and to monitor the implementation of national and international commitments of all stakeholders in the sector, with a view to improving the conditions of access of rural and urban communities to water and sanitation services. I’m certain that human rights and the well-being of the Tunisian people are completely interlinked with environmental issues and climate change
